Boxing at KMA focuses on fundamentals that work — proper stance, footwork, jab-cross combinations, defensive head movement, and ring awareness. Whether you're training for fitness or to fight, you'll build real skills.

Our boxing program runs primarily through private one-on-one sessions, available every day during gym hours. This means you get full attention from your coach, working at your pace on what matters most for your development.

Group sessions combining boxing and Muay Thai are held Thursday evenings, giving you the chance to train with others and test your skills in a supportive environment.
